By observation, the filling does not seem to be cotton, and most clearly, the actual tag sewn onto the cover reads: "Filling: 100% Recycled Polyester". Polyester is not cotton!

The prints are done with low impact dyes using a low impact printing process. We fill our comforters and pillows with 100% cotton fill. Our bumpers are filled with 100% recycled polyester. The fabric texture is smooth to the skin and remarkably soft. And above all....it is all natural.
