(More customer reviews)Today is Saturday. Received package from FEDEX. One small flimsy cardboard box. There is no packing slip on box. No copy of invoice inside. Lots of thin shipping tape, as if taped over tape. Opened box. Footboard is cracked. Headboard has chip, one side rail is chipped and gouged. No hardware, no assembly instructions. Immediately went online to contact Amazon. Must contact seller directly. Seller only open Mon-Friday day hours. Looked up return policy. May only return if package unopened. Contacted my credit card company to file payment dispute. Will contact manufacturer during business hours Monday...
