(More customer reviews)Bought the bed for my little girl.Headboard had a large crack in it upon arrival although there was no sign of shipping damage to the box.Called Dream-On-Me as instructed in packaging to get replacement part.Unprofessional, unhelpful service.They first tried to claim they didn't have any responsibility for items sold on Amazon.When I pressed further they decided to tell me the part was "out of stock."

I contacted Amazon & they were more than helpful!Amazon overnighted replacement bed at no charge.Too bad they had to pay the shipping expenses since I only needed one part.

The bed itself is okay quality.You probably get what you pay for, but for a two-year-old it should do the job.
